Terms of Service

Welcome to Mantri Projects! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://mantriprojects.com (the “Site”), and the products and services we offer.

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from the Site, you (“you,” “the Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Service

Mantri Projects sells physical goods, including action figures and related collectibles. We offer two types of purchases:

  1. Ready-Made Items: In-stock products available for direct purchase through the online store on our Site.
  2. Custom Orders: Bespoke, made-to-order products. These orders are initiated and managed through direct communication via email or WhatsApp.

2. User Accounts

You may not need an account to browse the Site, but you may need one to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Terms of Sale

A. Ordering

  • Ready-Made Items: Orders are placed by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process on the Site.
  • Custom Orders: Orders are initiated by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. The terms, pricing, and production timeline for custom orders will be agreed upon individually. A non-refundable deposit may be required.

B. Pricing

  • All prices listed on the Site for international customers (worldwide clients) are in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Prices displayed do not include shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or other import fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

C. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  1. PayPal: For all international and domestic customers. Transactions will be processed in USD.
  2. Bank Transfer: This method may be available by agreement, particularly for custom orders or domestic (IDR) orders.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until we have received confirmation of full payment. For custom orders, work will not begin until the deposit (if applicable) is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

A. International Shipping

  • We ship our products from Indonesia to worldwide destinations.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and package weight. This cost will be displayed at checkout (for ready-made items) or communicated during the consultation (for custom orders).

B. Processing and Delivery Times

  • We will process ready-made orders within 10-14 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • The production timeline for custom orders will be communicated separately.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the courier service and destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

C. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Very Important)

  • The Customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes (like VAT), and any other fees that may be levied by the destination country.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost you pay to us.
  • We are not responsible for package delays caused by the customs process in your country. We will not issue refunds for packages that are refused or returned because the customer declines to pay customs fees.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

A. Custom Orders

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • All sales of completed custom orders are final. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a major manufacturing defect attributable to us.

B. Ready-Made Items

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • We only accept returns if the product received is incorrect or severely damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear photographic proof.

C. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a ready-made order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Mantri Projects. Any use of our materials without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mantri Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or our Site. Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree that any legal dispute will be settled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Surabaya, Indonesia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
